About Mike Teer

I am the Broker/Owner of Teer One Properties, Inc. and I have over 25 years experience in Probate sales, Real Estate re-sales, Property Management and Relocation Services. Our company serves the principle cities of Riverside, Moreno Valley and Corona in Riverside County and the principle cities of San Bernardino, Victorville, Hesperia (High Desert Office - 800-540-6600 Toll Free), Colton, Rialto and Loma Linda in San Bernardino County. I am a member of the 19,000 member plus Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service (MRMLS), Victor Valley AOR, Victor Valley Multiple Listing Service (VVMLS) serving the High Desert Area, the National (NAR), California (CAR) and Inland Valleys Association of Realtors (IVAR). I served as President of IVAR (1996, 1999 & 2007) and Treasurer (2002-2003). I have represented IVAR as a member of the California Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 1995 and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board since 2000. I have served on numerous committees at the National, State and Local Association levels including the California Association (CAR) Executive Committee (2003) and National Association (NAR) Research Committee (2003 Vice Chair & 2004 Chair). In 2005 I was appointed to a 3 year term on the California Association of Realtors Political Action Committee (CREPAC) and appointed to an additional 3 year term in 2008. CREPAC Trustees review and support political candidates that work to maintain and increase private property rights and increase homeownership. I have been appointed the 2009 Vice Chair of CREPAC Trustees by CAR.

In 2008 the CAR Board of Directors appointed me to the first Statewide MLS Board of Directors (17 members) to assist in developing a California Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

I served my country (1964-1967) as a member of the U.S. Army and served a tour of duty in Vietnam (1965-66) and I attained the rank of Sergeant (E-5) at age 19. I received an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Sergeant (E-5).

I completed my BA Degree (Urban Planning/Economics) at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, IL in 1972.

In 2001 I received the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) from the National Association of Realtors. Less than 5% of Realtors nationwide have attained this designation. CRS members must complete additional marketing and other management courses and must meet NAR standards for experience and annual sales production. In 2004 I completed the NAR course requirements for the Certified Residential Brokerage Managers designation (CRB).

I am a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. I also serve(d) on the Board of Directors of the Inland Empire Small Business Loan Development Fund (1999-present), the Canyon Crest Country Club Board of Governors (2003-2004) and the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce Board of Directors (2005-2008).

Over 70% of my clients are received through referrals from previous clients and Realtors across the United States. I value the loyalty and trust of my clients and fellow Realtors and I make every effort to meet their individual real estate requirements.
