About Michael "Mike" Teer
I am the Broker/Owner of Teer One Properties, Inc. and I have over 28 years experience (since 1983) in Probate sales, Real Estate resales, Real Estate Owned (REO), Property Management and Relocation Services. Our company serves the principle cities of Riverside, Moreno Valley and Corona in Riverside County and the principle Cities of Redlands, Colton, Rialto, San Bernardino, Grand Terrace and Loma Linda in San Bernardino County. We offer patient assistance to first time buyers/sellers and experienced guidance to those with extensive real estate sales and purchasing backgrounds. We are committed to helping our clients meet their individual real estate needs and providing competent assistance throughout the transaction.
Teer One Properties, Inc. is a Realtor member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors (www.pwr.net) and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) which is a statewide MLS. Pacific West Association of Realtors is the largest Association in California and offers continuous education and training courses for it's membership.
I served my country (1964-1967) as a member of the U.S. Army. I was selected as General's Orderly in 1965 (Germany) for being the best prepared (knowledge and appearance) soldier during inspection. I also served a tour of duty in Vietnam (1965-66) where I attained the rank of Sergeant (E-5) at age 19. I received an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Sergeant (E-5).
I completed my BA Degree (Urban Planning/Economics) at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, IL in 1972. Post graduate work included additional course work in Urban Planning.
In 2001 I received the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) from the National Association of Realtors. Less than 5% of Realtors nationwide have attained this designation. CRS members must complete additional marketing and other management courses and must meet NAR standards for experience and annual sales production. In 2004 I completed the NAR course requirements for the Certified Residential Brokerage Managers designation (CRB). The additional education provided by these certifications are ongoing. They assist Realtors towards helping their clients with pricing, preparing their homes for showings, how to make repairs that maximize the curb and interior appeal of the home at minimal expense.
I am a Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association.
Over 70% of my clients are received through referrals from previous clients and Realtors across the United States. I value the loyalty and trust of my clients and fellow Realtors and I make every effort to meet their individual real estate requirements.
